Prestige and tradition are, since 1966, two of the Casa Clemencia's finest qualities. Its exquisite, traditional cuisine is based on the Valencian culinary skills transmitted from father to son. Characterised by its traditional way of cooking paella, it has become one of the Comunidad Valenciana's most important culinary reference points.

The Casa Clemencia not only offers a wide variety of mouth-watering Valencian paella but also other exquisite regional specialities that include an excellent variety of salads, fresh squid, artichokes, "esgarraet" (cold vegetable salad) and "all I pebre" (spicy eel dish) amongst others.
